Martina studied Art and Art History at the University of Reading. Prior to joining HSR she worked in hospitality for 5 years. She developed an interest in HR and administration after completing her management training in 2018.

Outside of work, Martina has two boisterous German Shepherds called Ash and Ember whom she loves to spend time with.
