We are looking to recruit a Anaesthetist to to join our Anaesthesia Team
About the Role
As part of our structured growth plan we are now seeking a third anaesthetist to join our Anaesthesia Team. The work consists of pre-anaesthetic assessment of all patients requiring either general anaesthesia or sedation and designing individual-tailored anaesthetic plans; and supervision of interns and nurses monitoring anaesthesia and sedation. The higher risk or more challenging patients are directly anaesthetised by one of the anaesthetists with support of a nurse. Use of (ultrasound guided) locoregional techniques is positively facilitated. The anaesthetists are actively involved in the peri-operative care, including post-operative analgesia and (intensive) care. Provision of in house CPD for nurses and interns is highly appreciated and encouraged.
About You
You should be either an existing or eligible ECVAA/ACVAA Diplomate; or hold similar small animal anaesthesia qualifications or experience.
