Client Care Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager with a veterinary background to lead our client care team.

We are recruiting for a Client Care Manager to join our friendly and motivated team.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the Client Care Team consistently delivers an outstanding level of client service
  • Overall management of the Client Care Team including:
    • Conducting regular one to ones with those you manage
    • Assisting in the recruitment process
    • Assisting with onboarding
    • Training of new joiners
    • Rota management for Client Care team
  • Ensuring the consulting diary is effectively and appropriately organised
  • Creating and maintaining accurate manuals and protocols
  • Being the first point of escalation for any client queries
  • Assisting with finances and credit control, alongside our Credit Controller
  • Assisting with general Client Care duties as required

The role consists of a 40 hour week with varying shifts to cover Monday - Friday, 7am-9pm. Some weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis are also required, with days off in lieu.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to self-motivate. Client care experience, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. Experience of working in a veterinary environment is essential.
