Hamilton Specialist Referrals are looking for a full-time HR advisor to join our operational support team, in our veterinary referral hospital.

As part of our structured growth plan we are now looking for an HR Advisor to join our friendly and efficient team, and to support the hospital with core HR skills and resource. This role will support and contribute to continuous improvement of HR and business processes and initiatives and ensure that HR is a friendly, approachable, support function promoting fair treatment, employee wellbeing and aligned with the hospitals values.
Hours may need to be flexible and a degree of contact outside of working hours is necessary for the role to support the demands of a 365/24/7 hospital environment
We are looking for someone with a CIPD or HR qualification and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven knowledge of HR processes, systems and current legislation.
