Martina studied Art and History of Art at the University of Reading and later expanded her professional expertise by completing the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. She began her career in the hospitality industry before joining HSR in 2020 as an HR Administrator, progressing into her current HR & Resourcing Officer role.
Martina is passionate about supporting the team and developing her HR skillset while working in a sector she cares about—having always loved animals. Although not directly involved in clinical work, she enjoys learning about the varied cases and treatments seen across the hospital. Martina values the collaborative and supportive nature of the HSR team and is motivated by the positive impact they make together.
Outside of work, Martina enjoys travelling to new and sunny destinations. She is also kept busy by her two German Shepherds, Ash and Ember, who she loves taking on long walks.
