Kasia brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for animal welfare to the HSR team. After earning her degree in Animal Behaviour & Welfare from Buckinghamshire New University, she worked across diverse areas of animal care—from veterinary services and wildlife to exotics, livestock, companion animals, and even pet insurance.
What excites Kasia most about her role is creating a welcoming environment for pets and their owners while delivering exceptional customer service. She loves being part of a team that ensures every furry friend receives the best possible care and treatment.
At home, Kaisa shares her life with a stunning two-year-old Savannah cross who keeps her on her toes! When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying performing arts, relaxing with a good TV series or film, or tending to her garden.
