Phoebe McCairns

Before joining the HSR Client Care team, Phoebe worked in a variety of roles within real estate. Having always had a passion for animals, Phoebe decided it was time for a career change in a role that combines her customer service skills with her love of animals.

Phoebe finds being a client care assistant exciting, and loves that as part of her role she gets to support our clients and be a part of helping their pets.

At home, Phoebe has many pets of her own – 3 cats, a horse, 2 dogs, 2 ducks, and 3 bunnies! In her free time, Phoebe enjoys horse riding, travelling, and playing netball.
